Shopping

Product shipping cost differs from product to product and region to region. We will inform you of the shipping costs before any financial transaction takes place.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

Insurance

TLC insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

Taxes (for orders outside the UK)

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and you will be informed of these costs before any financial transaction takes place. UK VAT will be applied to orders dispatched within the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands. Local VAT will be applied to all other destinations.

Most countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price. Please contact a member of our team to discuss your particular tax status.

Refunds

Products featured on The Luxury Channel may be sourced from suppliers all over the world so you will need to contact us directly if you wish to return an item, to discuss your return requirements.

All correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card account and exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items).

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your return number.

Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

Items should be sent in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

Late Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of the date of your returns request. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of TLC. Please note that returns numbers requested after 7 days will also be granted at our discretion.
